Delivery
Delivery Charges.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the method you choose at the time of placing your order and the cost will be displayed to you at that time. You only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products ordered. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your order from date of order.

How We Deliver
All products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately. We have a policy of reducing waste as much as possible so you may well receive a parcel that uses recycled packaging.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products email us at sales@cornishstitch.co.uk. We do not accept responsibility for loss of products while in transit but will do all we can in our power to resolve any problems.

Return of Faulty Goods.
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. All our products come with a 30 day guarantee and exchange policy. To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:- in 'as-new' condition; complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible, the original box and packaging). Please return the product to Cornish Stitch Designs, The Singer Sewing Centre, 2 Queen Street, Penzance, Cornwall, TR18 4BJ, UK with your full details and a copy of the confirmation email and or invoice when you placed the order. A charge may be applied to cover Credit/Debit card charges on orders returned for a refund that are not faulty or incorrect.  Carriage charges will not be refunded on orders returned that are not faulty or incorrect.  THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
